Let's Talk

Why Briana?

Because people don’t remember bullet points — they remember how you made them feel. Briana Hansen is a heart-forward keynote speaker and interactive educator who uses humor, storytelling, and soul-level honesty to create experiences that move people. Her talks go beyond “engagement” — they build real connection. Whether she’s unpacking consent, communication, or creativity, Briana helps audiences feel seen, feel something, and walk away changed.

Her sessions are filled with laughter, insight, and unexpected moments of reflection. From first-year college students to military professionals to corporate teams trying to reconnect, Briana creates space for the conversations that transform perspectives and people alike. And in an increasing disconnected and lonely world, these experiences matter more than ever.

With a background in comedy and a passion for people, she makes even the heaviest topics feel human — never sugarcoated, but always grounded in empathy, honesty, and just the right amount of levity

If you’re looking for a speaker who can spark laughter, land big ideas, and leave your audience feeling more connected to themselves and each other, you just found her.

Feeling Risky

Substance Education & Empowered Decision Making

Let’s talk about the stuff no one really talks about.

Feeling Risky is an engaging, interactive program that helps students make smarter, safer decisions around alcohol and other substances — without the fear tactics or finger-wagging.

Instead of preaching abstinence or ignoring reality, this program meets students where they are. Using humor, personal storytelling, and proven strategies, I help audiences understand how their brains work under the influence — and how to stay safe, informed, and in control.

This program is perfect for orientation, wellness weeks, Greek life, and leadership trainings focused on harm reduction, empowerment, and critical thinking.

What People Say

Speaking FAQs

(aka: The “Let’s Get This Thing Booked” Questions)

Who do you speak to?

College students figuring life out. Military professionals navigating real- life risks. Corporate teams trying to connect better (and stay awake). I tailor each talk so it hits home — whether the audience is 18, 48, 88 or anywhere in between.

What topics do you cover?

I talk about the real stuff: communication, connection, consent, boundaries, creativity, and making smarter choices when things get risky. Sometimes heavy, always human — and surprisingly fun.

Will you make us laugh?

Oh, absolutely. But it’s not comedy for comedy’s sake — it’s humor that opens people up, lowers defenses, and helps the message stick.

Do you customize your talks?

Sure can and do. Some of the military and college keynotes themselves (whether presented by me or one of my incredible teammates) are standard across the board in order to ensure we’re efficiently and appropriately covering all the required and often-heavy information we need to get through. But the interactive elements are always different.

Corporate keynotes are often (and happily) customized to make sure the message I’m best at bringing will be the most effective for your team. I’ll always work with you to make sure the content is relevant, timely, and impactful.

Is it interactive?

Oh yeah. That’s, like, my specialty. No one’s zoning out on my watch. Whether it’s a keynote, a workshop, or a training session, I keep things moving, engaging, and participatory — in the best way.

Do you speak virtually too?

Sure do. It’s not my preference, but it is possible. Hit me up and we can talk about how to make it work for both of us.

How long are your sessions?

Most keynotes are 45-75 minutes. Workshops can run longer. I’ll work with your timing and flow — I’ve done everything from quick hits to full-day events.

Can we book multiple talks?

Yes! I love doing back-to-back programs, themed series, or multi-session events. Let’s build something impactful that goes beyond a one-off.

What do you need from us?

On the technical front: A mic, a screen, and an audience ready to engage. I’ll send a simple tech/ setup checklist.

On the personal front: A clear sense of what you hope to gain from the experience, and what message will best resonate with your people.

What’s your fee?

It depends on the event, format, and number of sessions — but I keep it transparent and easy. Reach out with the basics and I’ll send a quote that works for both of us.

How do we book you?

Just fill out this form, send me a note at briana@brianahansen.com, or shout really loudly into the wind (just kidding — use the form). We’ll set up a quick call to chat to see what magic we can make happen.

Wait... do you really talk about sex and drugs on stage?

Yep. And people love it. Not in a shock-value way — in a smart, funny, let’s-have-the conversation- we-actually-need kind of way. These topics affect real lives, and when we talk about them honestly (and with levity), people listen — and walk away better for it. It’s also not the only thing we talk about. So don’t hesitate to reach out if you’re interested.
